Ascendum Corporate Advisory LLC

Client portal

Your engagements, documents and invoices in one secure place

Cross-border work involves several countries, several deadlines and a lot of paper. The portal keeps all of it against a single case file, so you always know what stage the work is at, what we still need, and what is outstanding.

What you get

Built around the way an engagement actually runs

Documents in one place

Upload source records and download deliverables from a private, encrypted store. No attachments scattered across email threads.

Invoices and payment status

Every engagement is invoiced with agreed payment terms. Track what is due, what is paid, and settle securely by card through Stripe.

Updates from your team

Case updates and messages sit against the engagement itself, so the history of a filing is never reconstructed from memory.

Access you control

Only you and the practitioners assigned to your file can see your cases and documents. Sensitive identifiers stay out of chat.

How to get started

Four steps from sign-up to a live engagement

  1. 01

    Create your account

Sign up with the email address you use with us. Your account is created immediately; no approval delay.

  2. 02

    Book or confirm the engagement

Book a consultation, or tell us about an engagement already in progress. We open a case with a reference and a stage tracker.

  3. 03

    Share your records

Upload accounts, prior returns, registrations and identification into the case. We tell you exactly what is needed for each jurisdiction.

  4. 04

    Track, approve, pay

Follow the case through preparation, review and filing. Approve deliverables and settle the invoice from the same screen.

Questions before you register? Write to clients@ascencorp.com and a practitioner will answer.
