A practice built around businesses that cross borders.
Ascendum Corporate Advisory LLC was formed to serve owner-managed businesses that operate in more than one country and were being asked to coordinate their own advisers. We file in the United States, Canada, India and the UAE, and we take a single position across all of them.
The practice is chartered-accountant-led. The people who sign the advice are the people who appear before the revenue authorities when a return is questioned.

Nirav Shah

Leads the cross-border tax practice across the United States, India and Canada. Advises on treaty positions, transfer pricing coordination and the tax consequences of holding structures before they are put in place.

Mehul Shah
Founder — Technology & Systems
An engineer and technocrat by training, Mehul leads the firm's technology direction and delivery systems. He oversees the digital platforms, automation and reporting infrastructure behind Ascendum's services and designs the systems that make multi-country compliance and advisory work reliable, secure and scalable.
