Ascendum Corporate Advisory LLC

About the firm

A practice built around businesses that cross borders.

Ascendum Corporate Advisory LLC was formed to serve owner-managed businesses that operate in more than one country and were being asked to coordinate their own advisers. We file in the United States, Canada, India and the UAE, and we take a single position across all of them.

The practice is chartered-accountant-led. The people who sign the advice are the people who appear before the revenue authorities when a return is questioned.

Values

How we work

Accountability

One partner owns the engagement from scoping to filing. When a deadline moves, you hear it from us first.

Technical depth

Positions are researched and documented to the standard we would defend in an assessment, not to the standard that merely files.

Plain-English advice

Advice arrives in writing, in language an owner can act on, with the statutory reference available if it is needed.

Technology

Records, calendars and workpapers live in one system so the same numbers support every jurisdiction's return.

Talk to someone who files in all four countries.

A short call is usually enough to tell you what the position is and what it will cost to keep it compliant.
